Fill in the Blank

Hello, there!

I know, it's been a while. Truthfully, I've been blog-stalking all of my blogger friends to keep up with their fashionable lives but haven't had a chance to comment or blog myself. As a matter of fact, I only found the time to blog tonight because after three hours of reading about the effects of U.S. domestic policies and politics on international trade systems, I literally could not process another word.

However, because it has been a while and I didn't want to write another catch-everybody-up-on-my-life post, I thought I'd play a little game. I have created ten fill-in-the-blank sentences to describe the main events of the past couple of weeks. I won't post the answers until this weekend. So, leave your guesses in the comments and for the person who gets the most of them right will get a little holiday surprise in the mail from me! (Um, obviously those select few who I talk to every day and know all the gory details of my life - Caro, Mom, David, Sophie - you guys can't play.) Hint: those who follow me on Twitter probably have an advantage in this but, hey, you should be following me on Twitter too! (Also, not all of the blanks are just one word.)
